Bryan practices in the areas of tax law, asset protection, bankruptcy, estate and Medicaid planning, probate and trust administration, and business succession planning. He is a former assistant state attorney in Florida, and as a prosecutor he was responsible for hundreds of cases each month, and was lead counsel in many successful jury trials. Bryan handles many federal and state tax controversy cases, and has settled cases with the IRS, Appeals Office, United States Tax Court, and the Massachusetts Department of Revenue. He is admitted to the Bar in Massachusetts, Florida, New Hampshire, and the District of Columbia.
