Mr. Mickler helped us with our bankruptcy. He was always available if we had a question and walked us through the process step by step. If you need help with a bankruptcy and want someone that is knowledgeable you want Bryan Mickler.
I found these guys by having a conversation with friends. Let me tell you... I could not thank these guys enough! I filed back in 2008. When I filed, I left the state for a job opportunity as my case was coming to an end. They kept me in the loop and communicated with me very well. My case went through without any issues at all. They were very detailed and made sure things were taking care of. Now today, 8 years after, I requested a copy of my files (being that I am in another state) and after verifying who I was I received my files within 10 minutes. Mickler & Mickler I want to thank you for your service! If I ever know anyone who needs assistance I will guide them to your office! You guys are great in every aspect!
Bryan help us successfully navigate through our options with patience and professionalism he carefully prepared us to take maximum advantage of the law to reorganize our mortgages to current fair market value and retain our real property while avoiding years of negative cash flow with no equity and no alternatives. He helped us to insure a sound financial future for us and our estate. Thanks to his services we are no longer victims of the 2008 housing value crash. We highly recommend Bryan's legal services to anyone facing financial uncertainty and especially to people with upside down mortgages who want to retain or sell their property at a profit in the future.
Bryan was very thorough in explaining the bankruptcy process. He even took the time to meet with me on a Saturday to fit my work schefule. Clear expectations were set, debt couseling courses were provided. Al Mickler was with me for my 341 meeting. He was very experienced and down to earth. Their receptionist Barbara was very warm and welcoming. Their fees were less than other attorneys in the area. And for the record, I like the cat in the office lol. I never thought filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy would be so simple.
Qiick to take CASH to stop the courthouse sale of my home. After that, never saw him personally again. Sent a PA to my initial hearing and he was an hour late, so no time for consulting prior to the hearing. No response when cc'd by the court when I was having trouble making payments after a year. Called twice within three weeks and was promised a call back from Bryan, never got one. I finally called back to see what my options were and they essentially fired me as a client. Last thing. When I decdied to hire them, after my initial $750 CASH down payment, I was never apprised of the total cost of their Chapter 13 service . I finally found out when I was tracking my distributions on line, and it was well over any reasonable fee that I researched after the fact. Very disappointed.
He took my money and then it was down hill from there. No response to my call even hung up on me. I had nothing now I have less than nothing. Cost me everything in my house and vehicle. Just be careful. Oh yes the cat walks all over the conference room on paper work and tries to get on people. Terrible no professionalism. I was even told by another attorney that I was not a candidate for bankruptcy but Mickler took my money anyway. Now I am in debt to him also plus the trustee.
this lawyer was reckless and inept at the least, and not considerate of financial impacts to me as a client. I visited wrote a check and requested bankruptcy begin immediately--evidenced by my check being cashed a week later. No action was taken. Bankruptcy was not filed until February, and only after I inquired why no action was taken. I sent an email inquiring about a traffic ticket that I included, no response. I asked if it could be included. No response. The impact to me is my license being suspended $$$, insurance rates going up $$$$, and a potential visit to the state of GA $$$$. These are not actions that should be taken by, or not be of importance to any lawyer worth his salt.
