My husband injured his back at work. At first we tried to go it alone but Worker’s Comp. refused to approve the pain management consult recommended by our doctor. After that we contacted Brian. He was extremely easy to talk to and from that moment on he handled everything . He and Shannon were always responsive and you never felt rushed. I was filled with questions and he never seemed aggravated by them. And I can remember a couple of times he returned calls on the weekend. He worked hard to settle our case for a fair amount. A couple of years later I called him about our backpay from Social Security disability and he returned the call and we picked up our conversation like two old friends. The language he used in our workers comp settlement saved us from paying thousands of dollars to Social Security . Don’t try to go it alone and don’t try to use some slick television lawyer that you may never come in contact with. You will need more than slick jingles and catchy songs to battle workers comp. I recommend that you use Brian Hawkins a competent hard-working dependable attorney .

Bryan was great. He walked me through the entire process. He stayed in contact weekly sometimes just to check on my well being. I feel like I made a friend and would recommend him to anyone ever injured. If all lawyers were like him, the industry would have a better reputation. I settled my case as one of the largest in state history thanks in part to Bryan. Craig

Bryan is experienced enough to know a great deal about worker's compensation cases and young enough to have a lot of fire. He is passionate about his cases. If you are injured at work, you WILL know when you need help; medical and legal. If you determine you need a good lawyer who specializes in workers compensation, consider Bryan Hawkins. I can not guarantee Bryan will take your case, but if he does you will be in very good hands. He is very attentive and accessible to his clients. He is aggressive and unintimidated by employers and their legal team.

From the first conversation I had with Bryan I knew that he would be up front and honest with me and I was correct. Bryan was always easy to get a hold of and made time for me as if I was his only client. He was very knowledgable in his area of expertise which is what you need when dealing with Workers Comp cases. We had less than helpful doctor or employer in our case which made it very difficult at times but Bryan stayed by my side and advised me step by step and he went beyond the call of duty. I have only respect and appreciation for Bryan as an attorney and as a person. In today's world it can be challenging to find someone you can trust and to be sensitive to your situation. In life we all need a great doctor, lawyer and an accountant and lucky for me that I found a wonderful attorney for life. I will now be able to say, "Let me call my attorney".

I have known Bryan for three years and he has always been very professional and detailed. He takes the time to review your case in great detail to find out what your concerns are and what you are looking for. He is easy to talk to and personable which makes the experience of meeting a lawyer a little easier. When I have a Workers' Compensation case I will definitely have him represent me.
