He completed his undergraduate degree at Millsaps College where he received several honors and was a 4-year letterman on the football team. After college, he worked as an environmental consultant at a civil engineering firm, conducting hazardous materials site assessments and wetlands evaluations on numerous projects.In 1999, he received his Juris Doctorate cum laude from the University of Mississippi School of Law. During law school, he was the Executive Editor of the Mississippi Law Journal, was on the Staff of the Journal of National Security Law, and served as a Research Associate for the Sea Grant Consortium; he was also published in various journals.Jason has given several Continuing Legal Education seminars in his areas of practice and has published several acclaimed articles within the legal industry.
