In January 2020, my father retained Bryan Adler to assist in the Elder Care planning for him and my mother. My mother had PSP and my father was in need of assistance with their Medicaid application. Prior to our first meeting, Bryan and his team sent me a detailed list of financial statements and documents that they would need. That day we met with Bryan, Kaitlin Dirkx and other members of his team. They were all very empathetic and interested in doing the best for my parents. Everyone was so quick to respond to any questions we had, and we had many. Email communications were clear and concise. Kathleen Magee came to our home and did a thorough evaluation and supplied us with a great list of resources. Covid became an obstacle and my mother’s condition deteriorated. Bryan and his team offered all sorts of accommodations in order to keep my parents safe and continue this application via zoom. Kathleen would email me and call me to check in on my parents. Unfortunately, my mother passed away due to PSP not Covid in August. We notified Bryan and his team. They reached out to me immediately. We didn’t know what we were responsible for once my mother died. Kaitlin provided me with a full list and Bryan called to check in on us. Bryan and his team have made sure that all important items have been tied up and now my father is in great shape with his Elder Care. If you have elderly parents in need of Elder Care planning, I would not hesitate to retain Bryan Adler. I have met plenty of attorneys over the years. Bryan has a wonderful, comforting way about him. His team carries themselves in an extremely professional manner. They are all very knowledgeable in this area of law. Most importantly they take on your case as if they are taking care of their own family members.
Bryan’s services were needed when my father in law passed away and his help was incredible at a very hard time for our family. There are many lawyers who have the knowledge, but not many who truly care about you and your family. Bryan spent time with us getting to know who my father in law was and what my mother in law’s needs were going forward. At that time he was able to use his knowledge and industry experience to set a plan in motion that was well explained and tailor fit for us. Bryan really got us through a tough time and I would highly recommend him.
I hired Bryan for his services regarding the Wills/Power of Attorney/Health Care Directive for myself and my husband. From start to finish, Bryan was extremely detail-oriented, efficient and easy to work with. His knowledge in this area is unmatched as any question I had was met with a clear and thorough explanation. He kept me informed and I felt part of the process throughout, as though he was working ‘with’ me not just ‘for’ me. You can tell he is very experienced with the intricacies of estate planning and really enjoys what he does. In my opinion, the relationship and trust you build with your attorney is just as important as the quality of the documents. I could not be more pleased in both respects. I would highly recommend Bryan to anyone looking for estate planning or specialized elder care.
I have the utmost confidence referring clients to Bryan. He does exceptional work.
Mr. Adler assisted me with estate administration and inheritance issues arising from the loss of my stepfather. With Mr. Adler's help, the family was able to preserve some of the assets that my stepfather had worked a lifetime in building. Mr. Adler was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this lawyer and his services.
Bryan has provided legal assistance and reviews of contracts and agreements for my business. He has consistently been easy to talk to, well informed, and available whenever we needed him. Bryan will consider all possible outcomes in an effort to guide you toward the best direction based on your situation. If you are looking for someone who will work with you to achieve your goals and break down the legalese, I highly recommend working with Bryan.
I recently retained Bryan J Adler's services because I needed a knowledge , meticulous, and detail oriented Lawyer to draft my Estate planning and Living Will documents. To say that I was extremely pleased would be an understatement! Bryan guided me through this daunting and arduous process with extreme ease and made me feel very comfortable with the decisions that my wife and I made together as a family. I needed a lawyer who understood my concerns regarding Estate planning as a Father, Husband and Physician. My Financial Planner recommended an attorney from a large firm, but I did my own research and found Bryan Adler and was extremely pleased with the results. I would recommend Bryan to any Physician or other professional who needs Estate Planning and/or Living Will documents prepared.
Bryan completed a residential lease for me and did an excellent job! He fully investigated my needs, comprehensively incorporated those needs into the lease and kept me informed as to the lease terms and basis for the language used. He was efficient throughout the process. I highly recommend his work!
Based on my experience with Attorney Bryan Adler, who I retained to advocate for my mother in March 2020, I would NOT recommend the Rothkoff Law Group to anyone. Bare minimum, if you nevertheless decide to work with this firm, make sure to take extensive notes during the consultation and insist that an itemized list of your advocacy goals for your loved one is added to the contract before you sign. I hope this review saves another family from the stressful conflict and deep dissatisfaction I experienced in dealing with this attorney.
