We weren't even there. Lovely! 2 months later, we sold another property in the same county and the buyers chose another attorney. Mistakes were made, we had to be there in person, 2 hours later and for MORE MONEY TO BOTH THE BUYER AND SELLER and no free flat screen TV! Only use Bruce for your real estate needs!
