I have had some complex real property/ business matters which Bruce handled for me. His guidance and counsel were essential and kept deals together, even during the low turns of the recession. He also handled a probate litigation for my sister's family, which saved my brother-in-law's family trust.
I am a difficult client. I know I am difficult to deal with but that may be why I have gone through so many attorneys over the years - until I met Bruce. He is attentive, aggressive, thorough and his prices are reasonable. I just wish that I had been referred to him years ago. When I turn a matter over to him, I can sleep at night because I know he is up worrying about it and doing something about it. He has definitely become part of my business.
Mr. Schwartz has been our family attorney for over 25 years. There is no one else who we would even think to use other than him. He has always been there for us, caring, polite and extremely knowledgeable about many facets of the law. He has truly helped us through some difficult situations. God bless Mr. Schwartz.
Bruce has helped me in a variety of real estate matters for properties that I have in Los Angeles. From preparing leases, negotiating problematic situations to avoid a conflict and a law suit to routine real estate buy and sell transaction reviews. I appreciate his professionalism, his straightforward approach, and with his experience he gets things done quickly and efficiently.
I hired this man some time back after being referred to him by The Beverly Hills Bar Association. I met with him and paid him almost $1,000 to write a demand letter for me. I provided him with all my documents - even a step by step breakdown of what had transpired and what I wanted out of the matter. A week later he presented me with a letter with ALL the facts misconstrued and major discrepancies. When I pointed out that there was no way he could send the latter as is due to facts being omitted he demanded more money from me in order to rectify the matter. He never redid the letter and never returned my money to me. He is a HORRIBLE man. I reported him to the bar. This is the reason why people hate attorneys.
