Bruce and his firm provide courteous, timely and fair service. He and his team are reliable and have provided my company with excellent results. We have used Raymond and Associates for over 7 years and will continue to use them as part of our litigation team.

My case was completely messed up by my first attorney. It was complex litigation involving a medical practice that was in terrible shape and they had blamed our software company for their self inflicted problems. Bruce had great insight and instincts which he efficiently and forcefully wielded to bring several serious and sophisticated deceptions to light. In short, I went from deep in the hole with my first attorney - who seemed to always be reacting to the other side - to seeing the fight brought to them, and ultimately their total capitulation. I've worked with many excellent lawyers over the years, on a host of complex matters. Mr. Raymond is a standout.

Bruce made this law case like a smooth, new paved road for us, all while being extremely professional.

Bruce Raymond was referred to me and I am so pleased with becoming his client. He has been very responsive to all of my questions and concerns and he has kept me well- informed all during the process. I have been very impressed with his knowledge and his ability to share it with me in a very detailed, understandable way. Bruce represented my case in court and I was again impressed with his well-prepared presentation. I highly recommend Bruce to anyone who needs representation in a case involving defective/dangerous products.

Big 2 week trial in Boston. He left for a conference in Florida in the middle of my trial allowing the jury to forget everything he presented. He prevented a key witness from testifying who would have been very helpful in my case after charging me a few thousand dollars to interview him. He talks more and longer without saying anything than i could ever think possible. His presence in court was pathetic. He could hardly open his mouth when the other side would say objection and he would be called before the judge and yelled at. During a key questioning of another lawyer, the lawyer kept saying he would have to see the paperwork to determine if it would be objectionable and he never showed the lawyer the paperwork.. I kept his whole practice above water and paid him $300,000.00 for a case that should have been $30,000. And even then he had to borrow $150,000 from me to stay afloat. Shared with the other side that he wasn't being paid on contingency much to my detriment. I could go on and on about his incompetence in front of the jury. HE IS JUST TERRIBLE!!!!

The work with Atty. Raymond was in my opinion a complete disaster. Despite the urgency of the matter Atty. Raymond worked so slowly that the opposite party thought that we would be idle and demanded a default judgement against me. After about 5 months of still not responding to the content of the complaint and of still not submitting any counter-claims, I pulled the plug and fired Atty. Raymond. The new law firm that I hired then first had to deal with a submitted request of the plaintiff for a default judgement against me, because Atty. Raymond had not submitted anything to avoid a default judgment. And make no mistake: Despite his slow pace of working he is pretty expensive. I paid dearly in the course of 5 months. Usually, he reacted to my questions pretty slowly. I have the impression that he accepts more cases than he can handle and only reacts with substance if something starts to burn or the client gets really upset. The only thing that never takes long is until the next invoice comes in. He created a motion to dismiss for several thousands of dollars which is according to my new attorneys completely useless as it is based upon a false legal assumption. It is without merits and cannot be submitted to the court. Of course, he does not want to reimburse me for the thousands of dollars that were uselessly spent. I wonder why 4 months after struggling with my case he comes up with the idea to file a motion to dismiss. During these 4 months the main output was a document to the opposite party about a cease and desist regarding an upcoming conference, where he constantly misspelled my company name. We had agreed on a flat fee for registering the copyrights to my software. However, sometimes, he billed on top of the agreed upon flat fee hourly rates, even when the work referred to the copyright application process. He also kept insisting that arbitration would be the best for me, which is simply just the most expensive and therefore the best for him, but not for me. We asked to cancel our request for arbitration months ago, but he simply didn’t do it. I had to pay again for staying arbitration and now my new counsel finally takes care of it properly and ends the arbitration nonsense. The telephone calls with Mr. Raymond were happening about the following way: He hardly allows you to speak up and keeps talking. He really talks plenty. He suggests many things that sound good, but after the phone call is over, he does not really do much to further my case. I am greatly disappointed. Tens of thousands of dollars spent for almost nothing substantive. His unfinished drafts – after about 5 months – were only usable in part and needed to be revised to great extent. The motion to dismiss was based on a false legal assumption and cannot be used at all. 5 months of a waste of my time and my money in my judgment. My opponents obviously are still laughing.
