I was happily retired and living on my portfolio savings. I am not financially savvy but when I realized my stockbroker lost 30% of my funds, I knew I needed help. Fortunately I found Bruce R. Heurlin to represent me with my complaint to FINRA. He and his staff worked diligently to amass a large amount of data. I was kept apprised of progress every step of the way. My case was settled satisfactorily. I would not hesitate to recommend Bruce and his staff to anyone unfortunate enough to encounter a stockbroker more interested in his commissions than your portfolio.
The first time I met Bruce Heurlin I was seeking counsel. He made me VERY uneasy, but I figured that would make the other side uneasy as well, so I went with him as my attorney. As it turned out he wasn't everything he is cracked up to be. I was very disappointed with his lack of representation, cavalier attitude, rudeness, lack of professionalism, and what I feel to be his over-sized ego that looks out for his best interests, rather than his clients. Maybe he was good back in his day, but in my opinion, his day pasted long ago and he needs to be put out to pasture.
