After more than 3 weeks of waiting, I emailed him with an expectation of having the funds returned within 5 business days, he replied that he would get around to it when he could. When pressed, he got frustrated and told me that I wasnt a high priority on his list. After threatening to go to the State to file a complaint against him, I received the money the next day. In addition, in the last year he has been cold to me and has even had an attitude of not wanting to be bothered with pleasantries in passing at the coffee shop. His professional manner is again cold and business like. To his credit, he did write a letter on my behalf to resolve an issue for me.
