Bruce helped me through a very long and difficult divorce. He gave me professional advice and support resulting in a fair settlement. I would use him again for any legal need. Highly recommend Bruce!!
Family law matters are challenging for the individual involved, some more than others. That's why it's imperative to have excellent representation. Having Bruce, Terri & Kimberly there on my side was the best decision I made. I was treated like a person and not just a client. He protected me in a difficult case and I came out on top in the end :-) and am moving forward now into my new life. Thank you!!
When Bruce Brown took over my auto accident case I immediately had the sense of relief that my daughter and I were in capable hands and would be represented extremely well. With over 35 years of experience Bruce Brown and his team of seasoned paralegals had our backs from day one and immediately stopped the insurance company game playing. They took care of us every step of the way and knew how to get every cent that was owed and even got my totaled vehicle replaced. Brown personal injury law answered all of my questions and made me comfortable, prepared and knowledgeable about my case. They were never to busy to stop and answer my questions. Don’t waste your time with T.V. lawyers who do not care for your family. I would highly recommend all of my family, friends and colleagues to Bruce Brown and Brown Personal Injury Law. To go anywhere else would be a HUGE MISTAKE!
Bruce is very knowledgeable in AZ law. He answered all my questions and helped me get through a rough time. I wouldn't want to go to court without him in my corner. I would and have recommend Bruce.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Bruce Brown, your team and family. I am the sister of Bruce's client Todd, and I cannot say enough for the outcome Bruce created with his mountain of experience, patience, true passion, and wisdom. I'm glad we picked Bruce ('we' meaning I had to help Todd a great deal). The price ended up being much higher than any normal divorce, but that was not because of Bruce, but the worst divorce case- I believe was said- he had seen in his 30 years experience, and many others agreed. I feel so bad for the stress this case caused for Bruce, but he never batted an eye. It's difficult having clients who barely know how to email, needed their attorney every day it seemed, and had a sister who was protective :). Bruce was understanding and gracious. One thing after another, but Bruce was spot on every time. I loved how he worded his filings, and I was in awe at the trial. Really, Bruce knows what he is doing, hits all the important points, is tough, classy, and leaves 'the other guy' speechless. My brother's case would have been impossible without such a great man and his team- it would not have been in his favor, which it turned out to be. My brother no longer can afford an attorney, it is not over yet and the situation with the children is not going as the court awarded it to go. However, the outcomes of each event this year that Bruce fought for has given us the documentation, history and proof we need to move forward with much more confidence and relief as they were in his favor. All Bruce's recommendations ended up being good ideas that helped Todd. Bruce has made it possible for my brother to patch the relationship with his children the mother managed to destroy for a time, it is starting to improve. He was able to hug his boys recently for the first time in over a year. Bruce and his team will be in our prayers and thoughts for a long time to come. Thank you so, so much for everything you endured. Bruce almighty!
Hard to fit this into a limited space, but here goes. For this story to make sense, it helps to know I was 19 when I had a one night stand with a 35 year old (then married woman). I found out I had a daughter with that same woman when the state came to my work for child support in 2012, the child was 5 at the time and we had never met. In December of 2012, I was ordered to pay $583 per month in support in addition to nearly $19,000 in arrears (state able to retro payments for 36 months), and the mother retained full custody and legal decision making. Parenting time was not even addressed, so Mother would choose if and when I could see the child (IV-D matter is a completely separate entity I would come to learn). Fast forward to December of 2015....I am still attempting to establish custody, but have managed to get my daughter enrolled in the school in my area, and have her from Wednesday morning before school until Saturday evening. By this time my wife has been accepted to medical school and we are relocating to Tucson, and the mother has no intentions of letting me see my daughter because of this. The final straw was having to leave my daughters Christmas presents on the doorstep because the mother was continuing to abuse her custody power. Commence the attorney search... After using many "free one hour consultations", it was clear my case was much too complex to get any meaningful advice in this amount of time. My uncle happens to be retired from the U.S. Attorney Generals office, and Bruce Browns name came up, but he required a $100 fee for his first consultation. It wasn't until an accident lawyer a family member used recommended Bruce, that I knew I had to give this man a call. It is now January 2016, and I have not seen my daughter for 4+ weeks (still paying support though). I scheduled a face to face with Bruce sometime in January, and it was immediately clear he was different. He spent the first 30 minutes simply getting to know me, my family situation, and what exactly I would like to accomplish. He then took time to explain how the (lengthy) process will work, checked the Judge and commissioner on file to get insight, as well as answered my numerous questions. One thing that really stuck with me was when he said "many of these family cases get to me on a personal level, and at times, I feel like I care more about what happens to the kid(s) than the parents do". He also acknowledged there is no fame or glory in family law, and it is obvious he does this because it is his passion. Due to my graduate program and medical school, our financial situation was very limited. Bruce and his team would constantly have contact with me via email and phone, and allowed me to do much of the behind the scenes work (printing documents, filing with courts, etc.) to limit costs. When our trial was finally set for September of 2016, I actually had funds remaining in my trust from my initial retainer! Bruce also has a wonderful way of thinking. Our whole case was void of personal attacks or what he/she does or does not do for the child. We simply presented the facts (43 exhibits!) and had the mindset of this is the life we can give the child. He also knew exactly what she would say in court, and was prepared at every turn to refute her claims. The judge took her ruling "under advisement" and made a decision within 48 hours of our trial..... I won full custody of my daughter and she lives with me in Tucson (mother has every other weekend), birth certificate and last name were updated to reflect my last name, and numerous little "wins" that were laid out in the court order. We just recently went to IV-D court in October for child support on this case, and not only was my child support terminated as of 9-30-2016, but the mother was ordered to pay me effective 10-1-2016.... If you asked me 1 year ago if this is where I would be, I would have thought you were crazy. Be patient, be persistent, and hire Bruce D. Brown.
Bruce helped protect my son, when no one else would even listen. From the first call, to the final agreement; Bruce surpassed all expectations. He went above and beyond to ensure not only the long term protection of my son, but that the lasting impact of the trauma my son experienced would receive proper support and treatment. Each time we met, his first questions were always about my son. He genuinely cares. His candor and demeanor always made me feel that our case was being handled by family, not just a hired professional. Therefore, if you are looking for an honest, fair and caring attorney that will listen and do what is right; you need to call Bruce Brown.
After 25 years with my husband, I was at a loss when I was out on disability leave, and was served divorce papers. I am ever so grateful that my friend recommended Bruce. His knowledge of the laws, sincere compassion, and fighting spirit made sure that my daughters and I were awarded what we deserved, which is more than I thought I would even receive. I owe Bruce and his staff so much more that I could ever repay him. Justice was served.
GREAT EXPERIENCE! I have recommended 3 more of my friends to Bruce for child support/parenting time issues. He is very friendly, knowledgable, has a great demeanor and makes me feel comfortable and confident when asking any degree of questions. His staff is friendly and efficient. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Bruce and his staff respond to correspondence and requests quickly.
