Came to Mr. Fudenberg via a recommendation/referral. That was a good day. Have worked with several lawyers in the past, both as plaintiff and as defendant. Mr. Fudenberg is unique among them. His knowledge of the law is clear, but what set him apart is his ability to distill, creatively synthesize and communicate. Yes, he makes the case well - which I suppose at the end of the day is what matters most - but to do so, he also listens, with what appears to be a goal of understanding, not just placating. Besides being flat-out refreshing, I believe it makes him that much more effective.
