Mr. Bracknell conducted at recent real estate closing in which we were a party to. It was a more complicated closing involving several parties. The chief issue with Mr. Bracknell however was with his extremely poor and unprofessional attitude. In writing he made several inappropriate comments, amongst them being "white trash", "trailer attorney" and "garbage deal". Even with offered assistance, he was completely unwilling to work to resolve and= outstanding issue with disbursements as he personally didn't feel it to be an issue on his end.
