Brocton G. Skeen is the Principal/Attorney of The Skeen Firm. This time period also allowed for the development of setting and executing business strategies, budgets, and project management.A West Virginia native, Brocton is also a graduate of West Virginia University Institute of Technology (WVU Tech) with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Government, and holds a Master in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University. While at WVU Tech, his senior capstone project was published in The West Virginia Historical Society Quarterly based on the quality of his original research. In his spare time, he enjoys fly-fishing, hunting, hiking, and golfing.
