Metro area.Brian received his law degree and estate planning certification from the Syracuse University College of Law, where he was an active member of the College of Law’s Student Bar Association and Moot Court Honors Society. Prior to attending law school, Brian received his B.A. from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, cum laude. Brian is currently attending the University of Baltimore School of Law’s night program to obtain his legal masters in taxation.A lifelong Maryland resident, Brian was a 2009 graduate of Fallston High School in Harford County, where he served as captain for Fallston’s first ever playoff-bound varsity football team. Brian currently resides in Frederick, Maryland with his college sweetheart, Alexandra. In his spare time, Brian indulges in all aspects of Maryland living, including regular trips to Ocean City, Oriole Park at Camden Yards, and a variety of different local trails, streams, and reservoirs to hike, fish, or bike.

My wife and I only had to meet with Brian two times. Once to go over all of the details of our RLT and gun trust and the other to sign all of the paperwork. Most of the work came from funding the trust when we had to go to our banks and contact our financial institutions. I will remember the saying we made the box now you have to fill it. Having all of our assets shielded from taxation/probate will save our family much more than we spent not to mention the expedited process compared to probate. I am completely satisfied and would highly recommend Brian to anyone that has children or is planning to have children.
I attended a Estate Planning Seminar In Pikesville, MD some months ago. Brian was the presenting attorney there. I listened to his presentation and learned a lot. So much so that I felt confident making an appt to meet with Brian about a trust for my husband and I. We own three properties, 401K’s, IRA’s, bank accounts etc. and all of that stuff now is in the trust and will avoid probate. Working with Brian was a painless process. He is incredibly kind and patient with questions. He always took the time to explain to me anything I asked, I never felt rushed. Thank you, Brian. I’m happy to give you this review.
Brian was attentive, thorough and highly competent. I hired Brian to update my will, as well as implement a power of attorney, a medical directive, and a revokable living trust. He also provided tremendous support in assisting me in funding the trust, working with my banks and credit unions to ensure everything was completed properly. Brian is very organized and completed the entire process very quickly. When completed, he presented me with all of my documents in a very organized and professional binder. Brian's legal advise was insightful; he has tremendous passion about estate planning, and provides excellent customer service. I would highly recommend hiring Brian for your estate planning needs.
