About

Brittany Ford received her undergraduate degree in English and History from the University of North Florida. She received her law degree, with Honors, from the University of Miami College of Law in 2015. Brittany is currently admitted to practice in the Middle District of Florida. While in law school, Ms. Ford served as the Online Editor of the University of Miami Law Review. Additionally, she worked extensively with the University of Miami School of Law’s Center for Ethics and Public Service, a clinic-like program that partners with local community groups to provide legal and educational support in order to combat limitations on access to justice. As a result of her work with the Center, Brittany was the recipient of the 2014-2015 HOPE Exemplary Service to the Poor Award. She also participated in the HOPE Pro Bono Challenge, where each participant pledges to complete seventy-five hours of pro bono service before graduation. In addition, Ms. Ford is experienced with all aspects of plaintiffs personal injury litigation after beginning her practice in Miami. She now focuses her practice on the litigation of mass torts including data breaches, medical malpractice and electronic discovery. Brittany’s practice areas now include all aspects of electronic discovery, technology based litigation practice and class action litigation.
