Ms. Springer went above and beyond in her advocacy for me. When I was illegally tased she went after the Sheriff's office to hold them to a higher standard. Ms. Springer charges a flat fee to her clients, so there are no surprises when it comes invoice time. Ms. Springer is like a fish in water in the courtroom and her knowledge of the anatomy of the strange beast that is the law is exhaustive. As a former district attorney her rapport with judges and district attorneys alike is indispensable in navigating the convoluted waters of the Watauga county justice system.

I went off road on a hilly road in Boone North Carolina and got stuck in a ditch. The county police officer gave me a ticket for $238 stating failure to maintain lane making me feel more traumatized . I felt the ticket was unfair and uncalled for. I got in touch with Shelby from Britt's team and she patiently got all the details required. It was like talking to a close friend. Their price was very reasonable and they got the ticket dismissed saving me the ticket money and a 3 year record of a silly traffic ticket. Throughout the process I was kept updated with important updates. I felt at home, and am very relieved with the outcome. They saved me loss of peace of mind and gave me great solace. I would highly recommend the team to everybody with traffic issues.

Our daughter was wrongfully accused, arrested and placed in jail by the Avery Co. sheriff dept. due to a mistaken identity. When she went to court she was placed in jail again with an unreasonable bond. Britt was passionate and aggressive with the police dept. and court system demanding justice. Our daughter received that justice because of Britts intelligence and persistence. I would highly recommend her! I would like to mention her office staff were very pleasant and compassionate while we were going through this terrible experience.

Britt represented me on a dui charge and I was as guilty as guilty to could be. I was not going to try and make a mockery out of the court system and try to beat my dui. So I plead guilty and Britt got me the least sentence possible. I am a Retired Master Gunnery Sergeant USMC I have met people from all over the world and I am a very good judge of character. This lady takes a great deal of pride in her job and is as good at it as it gets folks. If you need an attorney consider her the Leonardo da Vinci of attorneys.

Britt Springer recently handled a traffic violation for me in Watauga County and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. I felt that the charge was unfair and Britt listened to my side of the story and fought for me, eventually getting the charge dismissed. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!!

Britt defended my husband James Baird when he was recently accused of indecent liberties and sexual assault in a case involving a child under 16...After 5 days of testimony the jury returned verdicts of not guilty on both charges of indecent liberties and both charges of sexual assault after less than 2 hrs of deliberations...Ms. Springer worked tirelessly throughout the case, kept us informed and was compassionate and caring..She helped us get our lives back and I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of representation..
