Brian advises homebuilders on legal issues in connection with the development of various sizes and types of projects, including standard subdivisions, planned unit developments and condominium projects (including condominium conversions, high-rise and mixed-use condominiums), as well as master planned community developers on issues related to, and preparation of documents for the development of large master planned communities and sales to merchant builders. He also has considerable experience in representing both lenders and owners in the acquisition, development and financing of apartment projects and other commercial developments.
