About

Brian is an in-house counsel with The Nature Conservancy, a leading conservation organization working around the world to protect ecologically important lands and waters for nature and people.  His practice focuses on real estate transactions, contracts, and other projects relating to the conservation, stewardship, and restoration of these important lands and waters in Washington and Oregon.  Before working for the Conservancy, Brian's practice focused on land use and related litigation.  He has lived and practiced law in Seattle since 1997.
