Divorce is scary and you need a lawyer who knows what they are doing. After interviewing everybody's recommendation I found Mr. Rogal and in direct opposition to the other review, he has listened to everything I have said about my own case. He been reassuring when things have gotten tough, his advice has been spot on.
Contrary to professional standards of practice, would not let me govern my case. He had to run it and he ran it into the ground. Incredibly stubborn. Thinks he is smarter than you because he's a lawyer and you aren't. So stubborn, he ignored me in a divorce when I told him I was qualified for alimony. He said I wasn't. And he even REFUSED TO CONFIRM that with a colleague when I asked him too.Three months later he says I am. No apology. Told the court he notified me of court appearance to remove himself after I fired him, he did not. I have worked with a ton of lawyers. They all let me govern my case - after all - I am the paying client. If they don't agree they would say "it's your money" and do as they were told. Not this guy. If I am not asking him to do something unethical, immoral or illegal - he should do it. Period. At the end, when you lose - you want that to be your OWN fate. Not his.
