I brought my case to Mr. Quirk after being rear-ended at a stop sign. Our first meeting he was throwing out huge numbers, saying how he was going to get this and that paid for. Mr. Quirk failed to contact workman's comp as my accident happened while transporting a client (I only found out after that I could've used this). Because he did not contact workman's comp I was forced to go back to work before I was fully healed because I had bills to pay. After our first meeting we met maybe once more in person and spoke once on the phone. After about 2 months of being told he was "working on it" because the insurance company "was giving him the run-around" and "didn't want to pay" he stopped returning my phone calls. I would call the office and leave messages with his receptionist and NEVER received a call back from Mr. Quirk. He was completely unprofessional and in my opinion should not be practicing law. I left a final message stating that I needed to hear back from him or I would find new representation. Needless to say I received no phone call back. Thankfully I found new representation and my case has since been settled. If you are thinking about hiring this attorney take my advice and look elsewhere.
