Mr. Near is married with two children and lives in Cumming, Georgia. He enjoys spending time with his family, movies, reading, and traveling. Since 1989, Brian Near has been an active trial and bankruptcy lawyer, handling cases involving domestic disputes, auto and accident injuries, wrongful death, medical malpractice, premises liability, and debt relief cases.
