I retained Mr. Mullins for an issue with my USMLE. I provided quit a bit of information and and asked for a letter to be written to address my issue. Considering application season was coming soon, I asked for a letter to be written quickly. i recipient even a bill for the initial conversation and then nothing. Months went by and I called the office. I received another bill and then nothing. I then began to call more frequently and then a letter went out. Mind you this was months later. Another month or two went by I began to call frequently again to see what happened. Again, more bills but very little work. I pushed harder and we received a response. I don't think I should have had to push every step to get work done and receive very little feedback in return.
