          Mr. Matise's legal experience includes all aspects of general civil practice with an emphasis on commercial litigation.          Prior to joining our firm in 2004, Mr. Matise gained considerable experience in commercial trial work, suits involving governmental entities, and commercial/product defects and employment law. Mr. Matise has argued such cases before the Colorado Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals.
