Brian Kiolbasa focuses his practice in litigation. He has represented lenders in commercial and residential foreclosure and actions, commercial litigation, real estate litigation and consumer law actions. Brian has collaborated with general counsel and senior management of multiple financial institutions with regard to litigation strategy of high-priority lawsuits and emerging legal issues. He also previously served as primary counsel to a home repair and remodeling corporation with operations spanning the Midwest and East Coast.
