I received fines and 1 year non-reporting probation, 6 month license suspension. No jail! For Franklin county Licking county carried a mandatory minimum 3 days jail they suspended my license 1 year. Considering my prior offenses was a gift..... Then finally Pickaway same charge as Licking carried a mandatory minimum 10 days jail for 2nd offense driving under OVI suspension was dismissed, and charged with invalid tags received a fine!!
