About

 Ms. Rezac is a shareholder in the firm’s Employment Law and Litigation Departments. She focuses her efforts on all types of employment litigation matters including discrimination claims under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), in addition to retaliation claims, wrongful discharge claims, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) claims, breach of contract claims, and claims involving workplace torts.  Ms. Rezac also acts as an advisor to companies regarding various employment matters, including formulating employment policies and drafting employee handbooks, and regularly presents workplace seminars for employees regarding federal and state employment law. Before joining the firm, Ms. Rezac was a shareholder for several years at the Nevada law firm of Jones Vargas, practicing employment law. Ms. Rezac teaches several Extended Studies program classes on employment law at the University of Nevada, Reno. She also speaks at seminars related to employment law issues such as hiring and firing, wage and hour issues, discrimination, and conducting workplace investigations. BAR ADMISSIONS Nevada, 2000 EDUCATION J.D., University of Texas Law School, 2000 B.A., with distinction, University of Nevada, Reno, 1994 MEMBERSHIPS AND AFFILIATIONS  COURT ADMISSIONS Nevada, 2000 U.S. Federal Court, Nevada, 2000 U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, 2002 OTHER DISTINCTIONS In 2008, Ms. Rezac was honored as a Woman of Achievement by the Northern Nevada Women’s Fund.   She holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada, Reno. She is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of Nevada and is a member of the Washoe County and American Bar Associations. In addition to her work with the firm, Rezac also teaches Extended Studies program classes on employment law at the University of Nevada. Molly is a member of the STEP2 board of directors and is also active on the Nevada Discovery Museum Human Resources Committee. Previously, she served as the Teams Chair for the Susan G. Komen Northern Nevada Race for the Cure. In 2008, she was honored as a Woman of Achievement. Molly is married with two children – one boy and one girl.
