I was traveling through Culpeper, VA, to a very important appointment with a pain specialist in Washington, DC. In order to avoid the brutal DC traffic, I began my 6 hour drive at 11:00pm. Unfortunately, I became very fatigued and had to stop and rest for safety's sake. I underestimated my fatigue and overslept, which made it very nearly impossible to make my scheduled appointment time. I called the office and told them my circumstances, but their calendar was full and if I missed my time I'd have to reschedule. The real panic started now because it took me over 6 weeks to get the first appointment! So, being in constant, severe pain, and without any other options, I had to try to get there on time. Of course, you know what happened next. A VA State Trooper clocked me at 86mph in a 65mph zone. While this upset me, I didn't realize just how much trouble this citation carried. I thought that a misdemeanor, which exceeding the speed limit by that margin carried, was nothing at all, and I planned to represent myself in court. I was never a rocket scientist for good reason, but we can save that story for another day. It wasn't until one week prior to trial that I began researching things, and I discovered enough to convince me that in order to represent myself, I'd have to hire a fool! Fast forward a day to me hiring Brian, who had sent me a solicitation letter in the prior weeks. I was impressed enough with his approach to remember him out of a plethora of others also wanting to represent me. In our first conversation, Brian and I just clicked. He was attentive, inquisitive, and very well versed with not only the legalities of my case, but was also very familiar with the prosecutor's staff where my case would be tried. In that same conversation, Brian finally drilled into my head just how serious the misdemeanor charge was, and he outlined a strategy that he thought gave us the best shot at getting that charge reduced to avoid a permanent stain on my record. Long story a wee bit shorter... It worked. The misdemeanor was dropped, I paid a fine for speeding and I felt that I was treated fairly. Had it not been for Brian, I dread to think what would have happened. So I won't. Thanks, Brian.
I have known Brian for a long time and he just had 4 charges dismissed. He is very reasonable with money and will work with you .
Im so grateful to Mr Geno. I had a DWI for weed. I had four Continuations on the fith time i went to court we beat the case. I would definitely recommend him to anyone dealing with a DWI or DUI. With that being said im a 100% hell do good on a more Regular case.
I carried his card around for years and when I faced criminal charges he was the first person I called and hired. He had a great strategy to face the situation head on. I always felt confident in Brian's ability in handling every aspect of this case. He won the case and I got my life back.
Had a moving violation ticket which was completely dismissed! Very easy to work with and dedicated to truly helping you. Would recommend without hesitation.
He is awesome very responsible very friendly and he has a lot experience we are very happy with his service definitely we recommend him to anyone interested in great service our case was for battery assault he find the way to convence the judge to dismiss the case thanks Mr Gino!!
Brian was excellent to work with and was thankfully a reputable referral from the USCCA. For a fixed fee to represent us on the charges we filed, he was aggressive and engaged and resolved the matter completely to our satisfaction. Highly recommend!! Thank you Brian.
Mr Geno defended my case and was successfully able to get the reckless dropped down to a minor speeding charge. Mr Geno is a highly respectable lawyer and a man of integrity. I would highly recommend Mr Geno to anyone facing any kind of traffic violation.
When I was looking for a lawyer i was extremely wary of 2 things. One was someone who would try to scare me into a plea deal and convince me that we got away with something. Two was a lawyer who would be too impersonal to give my individual case anything other than generic assembly line enthusiasm. Brian was willing to continue my case and then go to trial before a preferred judge. While on trial he was willing to explore ALL avenues and evidence for my defense, Ultimately the judge found a technicality in our video evidence that dismissed the case. The best result you could hope for. All in all the punctuality and the scrambling through his notes/computer concerned me. But Mr. Geno is certainly worth hiring and will fight for you
I have been to lot of attorneys and finally I visited Brian Geno's Office. My need was little specific as I was looking for an attorney who can deal with DUI and also Immigration laws. Many of the attorneys out there were pointing me to contact specific Immigration attorneys. Mr. Geno was the perfect attorney in my case as he knowledgeable on the Commonwealth DUI laws and also on the issues related to Immigrations, and the consequences of immigration when there is a DUI case on you. Brian Geno was always on time in filing paperwork with the district court and tried in every possible way to help me considering all the laws involved in my case. I would definitely recommend Brian Geno ! I learned a lot and gained very good information in respect to the law and your rights as an Immigrant / Citizen ! Thank You Brian Geno for all your help.
