Brian is a great lawyer. He accepted me even though my case was definitely a difficult one to have. I had been through 2 lawyers before him. He came in at the end of my case and he helped reassure me when times became tough for me to handle. He is very understanding and a great person to work with. I really appreciate everything that he has done for my kids and I. He is great listener and he takes the time to walk you through the processes of the legal system. He will also explain to you why things went a certain way and yet, he doesn't allow you to have superficial expectations of things. He is very straight to the point and makes things a lot more tolerable. I would definitely recommend him as a lawyer. Regardless of the obstacles that may come with your case, I am sure that Brian will help in any way that he can.
From the very beginning of my child custody case to the end, Brian was very prompt and knowledgeable. Despite every curve ball thrown my way throughout the custody battle, Brian knew what steps to take and went above and beyond to represent my case. He was thorough in ensuring my evidence and history was presented professionally and clearly to the courts. I would HIGHLY suggest using Brian to anyone else. He was able to final end a long, painful battle and I’m so grateful for all of his help!!!
My divorce case was anything but usual. At every step and twist and turn Brian knew the next step. He anticipated opposing counsel's next step and had a counter already prepared. He communicated clearly so I could understand where we stood and where we were going. Brian was very patient with me. I asked lots of questions. He always listened and never made me feel like I asked dumb questions. I'm sure I asked more than 1 dumb question. Brian understands the pains of divorce. He worked hard to make sure my rights were protected. He fought for my interests. He represented me impressively. I would hire Brian to represent me again with no reservations.
We asked Brian to provide us with counsel and direction regarding a piece of real estate that involved a dispute and an ongoing misrepresentation. This request came on the heels of wanting to assess the value of a piece of land, the need settle a partnership disagreement, and our desire to gain a way ahead from a legal perspective. Brian went above and beyond our expectations with his thorough and comprehensive assessment of the situation. His ability to gather obscure and complex information was timely and accurate--but most importantly, he was able to decipher verbal and written historical data and put it into simple terms and understanding for us. He was efficient, professional, and persistent in helping us move forward with our real estate concerns. We were most impressed with his deliverable in the end. He is masterful at his craft--i would recommend him to anyone for needed legal assistance.
My husband and I hired Brian Eggleston for a modification of child support in 2017. Brian was professional, courteous, and efficient, but he was also down-to-earth and relatable. It was not all business 24/7 - he is a genuinely nice person, and my husband and I felt as though he sincerely cared about us and our situation. We were able to come to a settlement with the opposing party and avoid a trial thanks to Brian and his dedication to our case. Brian was also real with us when it came down to it - if we had an unrealistic expectation of what we wanted from this modification, he tuned us in to how the court and judge would normally handle things, and told us that we need to adjust our demands. Unfortunately we will need to return to court in a couple years' time (due to the fact that my husband is active duty military), but my husband and I will not hesitate to call Brian's office again.
Once it became clear I needed to end my marriage of 20 years. I met with Brian Eggleston. I found Brian to be very up to date with Idaho divorce laws. Brian was also very kind and compassitonate. With reasonable fees. Brian took the time to thoroughly explain the process I would be going through. Brian completed my divorce getting me a better settlement than I thought was possible. Thank you so much!
Brian was hired to represent my sister in her divorce case. I was with her each time we met with him and was very impressed with the kindness and compassion he showed her. We were not expecting this. He was always clear with the advice he gave, prompt with getting things done, kind when her emotions were tender and very reasonable with his fees. I would highly recommend him.
After 42 years of marriage, and years of abuse and infidelity, I separated from my husband with the hope that we could get some help; he had an affair and filed for divorce. I walked in to Brain Eggleston's office with all the papers he had filed and asked for help. Brain was not only compassionate and understanding but he respected my desire to be fair and only file for "irreconcilable differences" and not the extreme cruelty that was warranted. He took care of all the paperwork, answered all of my emails promptly, and explained the process every inch of the way. When my husband refused to sign, Brain asked if I wanted to take the next step, and thoroughly explained what "full disclosure" was to me, and that it might get very costly. My family trusted him to do the right thing, so I went ahead. Brain again did a ton of paperwork and had my husband served. Knowing that there was a lot for my husband to fill out, he gave him 23 days instead of the usual 20 days to respond. My husband rushed several packets to Brain's office AFTER the time had expired and Brain had already filed for default with the judge. There was never a question of Mr. Eggleston's ethics or performance. He never put me off, ignored my requests, or handed me over to someone else to talk to me. He worked tirelessly and honestly. I've spoken to several people who have gone through a divorce, and no one has had an attorney who was so invested in their well being. I was never made to feel like a nuisance or an old lady who shouldn't have been a stay at home mom. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of his wise counsel and quick results!
From the first consultation Brian made me feel completely at ease and validated with my need for a divorce. He kept the conversation light and humorous which is exactly what I needed at that time! He was very straight forward with a plan of action and when I changed the plan he was on board and made the transition easy! He kept me informed and was always easy to get in touch with if I needed. My divorce went extremely quick and rather painless and it was because he was on top of everthing that needed done! I am so thankful for Brian for making the best out of my bad situation! I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to make this hard life decision!
