Brian Duncan was born and raised in Idaho and Utah.  He graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor's Degree and  Law Degree.  He graduated with honors from law school and has continued to strive for excellence in his career. While at Brigham Young Univeristy, Brian met and married his wife of 16 years.  Together, they enjoy raising their seven children. Brian enjoys sports, the outdoors, and politics.
