Brian Cochran is a native San Diego. He attended U.C.S.D. and Thomas Jefferson School of Law. He was admitted the the California Bar in June 1982 and has practiced family law and estate planning for more than 30 years. In addition, Mr. Cochran was a member of the Lemon Grove City Council and the Mayor of Lemon Grove. He was the a member of the Clean Water Program Citizen's Advisory Committee and served as the Chairman of the San Diego Wastewater District.
