Brian was assisting on a case for us and took over after the original partner left. it was construction litigation involving a project for a large public educational facility. Brian handled the discovery and motion practice that eventually resulted in a favorable decision and settlement. Brian was very professional and was able to objectively evaluate the case. Unfortunatley, his firm was no longer on our assigned outside counsel pool and we were not able to retain is services again.
I have found Brian Belowich to be one of the most professional attorneys with which I have ever dealt. Brian is intelligent, responsive, hard working, thoroughly prepared at all times, as a bonus he is a really nice person with whom to work. Brian is realistic, reasonable and is persistent when the situation arrises. I have recommended and will continue to recommend him in the future.
He represented me in an extremely important matter and got me everything I wanted and more
Mr. Belowich is extremely knowledgeable in the area Real Estate litigation. He is very dedicated, hardworking and immediately responds to his client’s needs even after hours. He has guided us through difficult situations and his advice has been stellar. Mr. Belowich thinks outside of the box and is innovative in his problem solving skills. In the court room he is well respected. He is an excellent litigator and we highly recommend him.
Brian Belowich Esq. successfully defended a company and its management against a claim by an independent contractor (a lawyer herself, who had signed a consulting agreeement), claiming employee benefits, for the US District Court as well as a subsequent appeal. Brian was very clear and precise in his initial assessment of the flaws in the case, accurate in predicting the course of action of the proceedings, kept the client well informed throughout the court case and proved to be very knowledgeable about this specific field of law. I would highly recommend him for his responsiveness, knowledge and trustworthiness.
Brian is easy to talk to. He's wise in that he is intelligent and informed but takes the time to listen and analyze the situation. Even though he's a litigator he doesn't jump to sue which I appreciate as I prefer to negotiate. Anyone would be lucky to have him in their corner.
I met Brian on a referral from my accountant when I needed help in a bad way. I was let go as President from a company that just went public. I poured my heart into taking that company to public offering and Brian poured his heart into getting my contract honored. Seven years later I consider Brian a confidant and a friend.
