Brian represents clients in a wide range of commercial litigation matters with an emphasis on mortgage broker litigation, business disputes and breach of contract matters. Brian is experienced in handling federal litigation on the Rocket Docket of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia as well as in state circuit courts throughout the Commonwealth and is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court. He also has successfully enforced his clients' rights in federal and state court appellate matters as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings.
