I don't know where to begin but I will say that I rarely give reviews. We come from out of state and I had no clue who to turn to for legal assistance. I found this firm and my intuition told me not to search for anyone else. Attorney Hubbard represented me as my Attorney and she did an amazing job from start to finish. As soon as Attorney Brett Hubbard began consulting me, I KNEW she was going to win my case. Hands down! The few attorneys that I met in their firm are all polite and laid-back people and so is the secretary. I will continue to seek assistance from Attorney Brett Hubbard if we need her again. Thank you!
Attorney Hubbard was most excellently prepared and prepared me for my hearing. She was very thorough and communicated very well.
From the moment I contacted Attorney Hubbard, I knew she was the best attorney to handle an employment issue I unexpectedly had to deal with. She listened, helped and advised me in a time that was very emotional and challenging for me. Attorney Hubbard walked me through each step, engaged in thoughtful conversation on how to deal with my case and was available when I had questions. My case has since closed and I am extremely happy with hiring of Attorney Hubbard and the outcome of my case. I wholeheartedly recommend her if you are looking for a hardworking and attentive attorney!
I contacted Attorney Hubbard after a 1 year 9 month hiatus for a Constructive Discharge Case. She told me In June of 2020, that it would cost a certain amount and asked me for additional documentation which she would hold until I received notice of a hearing, and then to let her know. I thought it was a “slam dunk” When I contacted her in Feb of 2022, she said that without her asking for a fee agreement, she hadn’t agreed to be my attorney and COULD NOT FIND the documentation that I provided her in full. She said “we’ve moved, sorry can’t find your file”. This occurred with an appeal notice 2 weeks away. She said that she and the other 2 attorneys in the office could not represent me. I thought she was my attorney. Very upset and discouraged. I could have had so much time to find another attorney to represent me.
