Brett M. Bollinger is a member of the Zaunrecher Treadaway law firm.  His primary areas of practice include general liability, premises liability, construction, trucking and transportation, and workers' compensation litigation. He also advises and assists clients with various risk management and business operations issues. Mr. Bollinger represents clients in the retail and hospitality industries including hotel, retail outlet, and casino owners and operators in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas. He assists these clients with all of their litigation needs and counsels these clients regarding contract, lease, risk management and insurance issues. Mr. Bollinger also handles all aspects of construction management and litigation including contract disputes, contractor's rights and responsibilities, and construction defect litigation. He has significant experience representing owners, architects, engineers, and contractors in these construction disputes. Mr. Bollinger attended Louisiana State University and obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in 1993.  He attended Loyola University School of Law and graduated cum laude with his Juris Doctor in 1996.  He has been licensed to practice in all State and Federal Courts in Louisiana since 1996 and he is admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Seventh Circuits.  In 2004 Mr. Bollinger was licensed to practice in Mississippi.  In 2008 he was licensed to practice in Texas
