Always an excuse.what kind of an attorney would not submit a dismissal when two of the three witnesses testified they did not see anything.that constitutions dismissal. The third witness is discredited.three months and three days later the charge still remains.I made a motion to dismiss him as my attorney and what I got in return is a motion to have a compatency hearing.what are these peaple thinking.my own attorney that did not represent me to the best of his ability,is now trying to commit me.there’s no basis for this allagation.he also broke attorney client confadentiality.my opinion is I would rehire this attorney for anything in the world.
