I had just turned 18, and I was with friends in a parking lot. I was being stupid, and unfortunately I was charged with possession of marijuana. At first I was not that worried, but as I did research I began to realize how serious this charge really was for my future. As an adult, convictions or deferred dispositions cannot be expunged in Virginia. If I had taken the 1st offenders program, my record would be permanently mutilated with a drug offense. Brent did an incredible job on my possession of marijuana case! From my first phone conversation with him, I could tell he knew what he was talking about and had great ideas.
