Mr. Davis was very nice and personable. He seemed to know the ins and outs of bankruptcy. I trusted him to complete my bankruptcy. He however, never filed a reaffirmation for my auto loan causing me to not have a contract in place. My payments will not be reported to the credit bureau and therefore will not help in rebuilding my credit. I brought my issue up to him and he ignored several emails and phone calls for a little over 2 weeks before emailing me back a one sentence response basically saying it wasn't his fault. He took no responsibility for his error. He didn't seem to care much about my case after he got paid.

Couldn’t seem to remember if he filled a reaffirmation on my house or truck, which I had to do the leg work for something he was paid to do.
