Unfortunately Mr. Hammer did not do a good job for me. I hired Mr. Hammer to do many things. Some of those being to fight for things that were already agreed-upon in our divorce agreement but my ex was not following. Examples.... my ex was not abiding by: 1. A jointly owned building was ordered to be put up for sale. 3 1/2 years later, I found out it never was put up for sale. Instead my Ex husband lied and used office space rent free in the building for 3 1/2 years. 2. My ex husband was not following the parenting agreement. 3. My ex husband threw away my clothes and my property in a vacation home that the divorce agreement says my property is allowed to stay in. 4. My ex was consistently paying late, bullying and threatening me etc.... Mr. Hammer did not write one letter or file one motion on behalf of any of those things listed above that my ex was breaking. I hired Mr. Hammer in February and nine months later, after he used up a majority of my money, he told me he couldn’t help me. How could he not help me against someone who is breaking an agreed order ? Exactly!! Mr. Hammer in my opinion did not even try.
