I am a sole practitioner and have been practicing law for almost 25 years.  I specialize in Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, Medicaid Planning and Probate Law.  I am continually building my practice and looking for ways to help clients face these difficult issues by creating an estate plan to meet their needs.   Whether you think a simple will is sufficient or you need something more elaborate, I am ready to provide you with the information and personal attention you need to create a comprehensive estate plan that meets all your needs.  I can also help you update your current plan.  Time flies by and before we know it, our kids are grown, our assets have changed, retirement comes, and we have grandchildren.  Your estate plan may need adjusted to accommodate these changes.  I am here to help you.I find that estate planning issues are deeply personal, and for many people, are difficult to discuss.
