I am a founding partner of Feis Goldy LLC, a boutique employment law firm dedicated to advising, negotiating and litigating claims on behalf of individual employees, managers and executives. With deep experience representing both individuals and employers, and serving as a neutral, I bring unique insight to provide the highest quality service and strategic representation to our firm's clients.  I spent a substantial part of my earlier career at an international "Big Law" firm representing employers, which gives me a keen understanding of the dynamics that drive management decision-making.  I developed my skills as a plaintiff-side attorney at a preeminent employment class action law firm, where I learned to translate my advocacy and negotiation skills for the benefit of employees.  I use those insights and my 30+ years of employment law experience to provide our clients with smart, sophisticated, pragmatic, and strategic representation to help them achieve positive results
