Wonderful attorney. Very friendly, down to earth, compassionate, and discreet. A very professional man. He always went that extra mile and made sure to keep me informed on my case. I highly recommend him for all of your legal needs.
Amazing attorney. He helped me throughout my case. Eased my mind. Absolutely wonderful person in general. Took up a lot of time with me.
Hardworking attorney with great communication. Brandon has handled legal matters for me and several of my family members with the utmost professionalism and outstanding results.
Since our initial meeting, I knew I had come to the right attorney. Mr. Brandon Brooks expertise, professionalism and attention to detail is second to none. Not only that but he was also genuinely concerned about my well being and that of my family. Always very accessible and a phone call away. Thanks to Mr. Brooks knowledge and experience, I received a favorable outcome to my complex case. My family and I are extremely grateful and would highly recommend Mr. Brooks
I called Brandon's office several months ago trying to find an attorney to handle my divorce. He called me back and gave me a fee of 3,500.00 to handle it. The next morning, he called and asked that I meet him at the courthouse in Lamar County and said I should bring the 3500.00. After meeting with him, I thought I made the right decision, but that was the only meeting where he was on time. I called his office several times after and could not get a response. He called me back three weeks later and told me he "was able to get me a court date and would send/ give me everything." After over two weeks of not hearing from him, he called the morning of and gave me some B.S. about the court making a mistake, how my court date was pushed back two weeks, and asked me to come by his office the next day. I took off from work again, drove to his office and he was not there. I did not hear from him for close to a month. I called several times, and left voicemails, but no response. I called the court, and they had no knowledge of my case. I wasted over four months of my life on this liar! This guy will lie to you, avoid you, and con you! Not to mention the time you will lose taking off work to meet him only to be stood-up.... No wonder he never gave me a receipt, he never intended on doing anything. After reading the reviews, I realized he's been arrested before, and that I'm not the only one he's ripped off. I am currently in contact with the Mississippi Bar.
Payed him to help my ex take the kids pretty much. Found out after that he was “trying to talk” to her the whole time. Asked her to do reviews for him for pay.Really inappropriate behavior for an attorney. Reported.
He took my money, did not finish the job and disappeared. Court dates that he said was on the books never happened. He did not show up to court 2 times. He does not answer calls or text. Missed meetings. I can go on for days.........
Brandon is nothing more than a con artist, liar, and a thief from my personal experience. He did absolutely nothing on my behalf on which he said was a "Slam dunk custody case due to my ex wife using my child as a weapon against me". He said we had court on certain dates and come to find out we was never on the docket. Do not waste your time or money on him. He has since went to rehab and will not return any calls, emails, or texts about returning the money that he gladly took from me. If i could give him a ZERO star review I would.
Paid attorney what he asked in full. Did absolutely nothing but had us sign one paper at the courthouse. Most expensive signature ever. We hired another attorney last week.
I hired Mr. Brooks for an ID divorce, 100% agreeable on everything! After two months of no responses, I had to get firm with him via text message. He called right away to apologize and say he "had two clients with the same name and thought he had been responding to me." 5 months later, our "court date" was snowed out. He said he was going to talk to the judge and see if she would sign off on everything. Two days later via text, he tells me everything is done. I am Divorced! A month later (March) I call him asking for copies of the Divorce Decree and he avoids me for two days, I get firm via text message. He calls and says that one piece of paper is missing (financial affidavit) and that it is a newly required paperwork. We both fill that out and he tells me my ex will have to pay child support and he would get us in front of the judge ASAP. (didnt make sense because everything was 50/50 and we make the same). Everyday I am contacted him about when this court date would be. In the middle of April, he tells me the court date is May 12th. On May 11th, I texted him to confirm time and location and he tells me that I did not need to be there and he would get the judge to sign off on it! At this point, 8 months into something that should have taken 60 days, I seek a new attorney. I fire Mr. Brooks and he tells me I am "a difficult client". My new attorney pulls court records and he discovered that Mr. Brooks had not file anything on my behalf until April 14 2021!! My new attorney has requested a refund and Mr. Brooks agreed to return the unused portion of my retainer fee but has failed to do so as of July. I have filed a CAP/Bar complaint!
