About
“My motivation as a family law attorney is fueled by my passion to preserve and promote loving, supportive environments for our children and to secure our clients’ financial stability. The law is dynamic and so are families. Understanding this, my practice and career are solely dedicated to addressing the challenges or adversity inherent within these dynamics.” “While a solid understanding of the law is fundamental, a family law attorney can only provide successful representation if she possesses sound, rational judgment, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with your client, opposing counsel and the court.”

Brandi helped me establish legal rights as a parent to my son. Although the family court system needs reform in Colorado, Brandi has advocated for my son and I to have an equal opportunity to having a relationship.
It is no exaggeration to say I don't know where to start. If I listed everything about Brandi that exceeded my expectations as an attorney, this would be a 500+ page novel. This review will seem like a lot of exaggeration, but every word is perfectly true. Yes, she really is that good! I walked into Brandi's office wanting 50/50 across the board. My child was the victim of abuse by her custodial parent, and she needed my help and I needed Brandi's help. Within 10 minutes of sitting down with her during my consultation, I could see that Brandi was not only brilliant, but she was emotionally invested in my child and my case. As a legal professional, and as a mom, it was clear that she put her heart into this! I never once felt like a number. In fact, despite her being a partner in a large and successful firm, I usually felt like I was her only client. While I know she had several other clients that she was helping, her level of service made me feel like I was her most important client. She never failed to communicate clearly with me. I don't mean that she just emailed and called as necessary, which she did. I mean she also always managed my expectations and always told me the truth. Sometimes I did not want to hear the truth, but I respected and appreciated it. That being said, her communication went well above and beyond. Early in my case, I had a critical emergency at 730pm on a Saturday night. I called her firm and left a message on the machine, but I felt I needed to do more so I also emailed Brandi. To my astonishment, she replied 5 minutes later and told me exactly what I needed to do. Her advice that Saturday night changed the entire course of my case - and my child's life. I never imagined that an attorney of her caliber would take time out of her precious old-time to look at her emails. Well, she did, and her advice was spot on!!! I understand that every case is different and the circumstances are always different, so your outcome may be different. What will not be different is that you would be hard pressed to find more than a few lawyers in this state as good as Brandi. While this next part may not be exactly appropriate, it is certainly true and it's how I felt then and how I feel today... I asked a good friend and legal professional what Brandi is like in Court? He said that "She lives in Court and dominates the other lawyer." This was entirely true. She owned the opposing lawyer inside and outside the courtroom, to the point that I clearly saw his frustration in Court. When he quit representing my ex and she got a new lawyer - Brandi owned him too. Please don't misunderstand, she was always professional. She was just always more prepared, more confident more assertive, more skilled, more ethical, and always the better lawyer. To close this review, I will say 2 final things. 1. I went from one overnight per week dad, with no decision making, to a 24/7 dad with full decision making. 2. IGNORE THE 1 STAR REVIEW on Avvo that someone else left. Based on how Brandi consistently performed, it has to be false, in my opinion.
Brandi represented me in a complicated, unusual divorce and subsequent lawsuit. Long story short, we went to trial 4 times in 4 different courts. The entire case took 7 years and countless turns and twists. Brandi was ahead of the opposing sides' moves every time. She was thorough and her knowledge of the law was astounding. She consistently gave sound advice which was helpful during a difficult time. I would highly recommend her for your family law case. I owe everything to her.
I have worked with various attorneys in my business and personal matters. I was faced with a battle that involved my children, livelihood, and future. And frankly, it was all on the line. I placed all of my trust in Brandi to handle these matters. She put up an amazing fight and won! In fact, the results were better than what I would have ever expected. She exceeded my expectations from day 1.
I looked around for lawyers for awhile and even interviewed several who offered consultations. Brandi didn't charge me to meet with her and I knew from the minute I walked in I wanted to hire the her and the firm. Brandi and her staff went right to work and fought so hard for me I couldn't ask for more. They always kept MY interests front and center and made sure I knew what was going on in my case all the time. She'd even sent me quick emails letting me know updates without me asking. She was amazing in the courtroom too - the judge really seemed to like her. Thank you Brandi!
I had posted here my experience with this attorney so others could be aware of my experience, but after receiving a Deletion Demand Letter I am forced to take down my experience so I don't have to go through another lengthy court ordeal. I'm sorry you cannot read what I went through and how I had to get a different attorney to finish my case, but please pay attention to my star rating
