About
Every family law case is unique. While many people think family lawyers deal only with divorce issues, this particular area of civil law affects each and every aspect of your life,.Regardless of whether you are establishing a parental relationship through a paternity case, ending a marriage seeking custodial and visitation rights to your child while also working out the financial details involved in untangling a relationship; attempting to modify a previous court order regarding custody, visitation or child support; or seeking to obtain a guardianship over a loved one - you deserve a lawyer who is attentive to your particular circumstances and goals. While not a therapist, my job is one of an advocate, counselor and armor bearer, bearing the brunt off the details in your case to the extent I am able. No matter what chapter of your life you find yourself in, my goal is to help you navigate the legal system, explain your rights and responsibilities under Oklahoma law and help you achieve your goals, all without bankrupting you in the process. By offering a full range of services from complete representation to unbundled legal services, assisting you in certain areas of your case such as drafting, representation at a particular hearing or providing counsel, I am able to help those who are traditionally unable to afford the high retainers and hourly rates of most legal professionals. *Please be aware I cannot guarantee any particular outcome to your case regardless of the facts. The Honorable Judges of Oklahoma have that responsibility and I view it as a privilege to provide counsel, advise, advocate and assist you in obtaining your goals whatever they may be.

Mrs. Gragg showed nothing but genuine care and concern of the situation I am currently enduring with my daughter. She even sent a text after speaking with me just to check on me and make sure I was okay. Without hesitation, she immediately asked to review the court documents surrounding my case to ensure she was able to give me the best legal advice possible.
My divorce could have gotten difficult but she managed to keep things simple. The distance from Tulsa could have been prohibitive, I lived in Nowata County, but she managed to remain flexible. When the dust settled, the case took less time because a knowledgeable and effective attorney can clear the air quickly. I have known quite a few attorneys in my life, two I liked and would hire again, Ms. Gragg is one that I would hire again.
I was a former client of Ms. Gragg's. I found myself pregnant and I was not married, so I had a lot of concerns or questions about parental rights and child custody. Ms. Gragg was very knowledgeable about the laws in this area. She explained everything to me so I fully understood what she was saying. She has a way of making you feel comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation. Brandi was always punctual and "knew" my case every time we spoke. She told me things I didn't want to hear, but unfortunately it the laws. In the end my boyfriend and I were both happy with the results. If any issues come up regarding our situation I will definitely be hiring her to help me out again. She is an honest attorney and sometimes those are hard to find. She tells you like it is, but has a way to do so without being harsh. I would and have referred people to Ms. Gragg and I will continue to do so in the future.
I hired Brandi a little over a year ago to help with my custody case. She has always been able to answer every question I have had and been right about everything she has told me. She is very easy to talk to and has a plan for pretty much any situation. I trust her judgment. And that she truly does her very best.
Brandi is a great attorney. She has always beenrigt on top o anything I needed done. On time or had a sub any time she would have to miss. I would recommend Brandi to all the people I know.
Brandi is an amazing attorney. Somehow she always remembers all these little details in my case and, she always has case law and documentation to prove her points. She is always very prepared and I feel like she genuinely cares for her clients. We are still fighting my case and just found out we are going to trial. I feel at peace having Brandi on my side and I am ready to go. She is a blessing to have and I am so glad I hired her to fight for me and for my little girl. Oh one more point, she doesn't try to get me to settle to get me out of her hair. She always consults me, we come to a wise decision together and then she fights for what I want. That is not always easy to find in an attorney. She has very good morals and she is super smart.
We are still fighting our case, so it's not over yet, however I do recommend Brandi to anyone, and I hand out her number all the time.. She's very knowledgeable, and she's very direct and to the point. She's never been late to court, and she's always prepared!
Ms. Gragg handled a family case for me where she ended up winning and getting me everything I wanted. My ex was even ordered to pay my legal fees. Even if I had to pay my own legal fees it would be worth every penny. It was a long drawn out ordeal since the opposing counsel couldn't get my ex to do anything, but in the end I have my kids and that is all that matters. I would refer anyone to Ms. Gragg. She was quiet and polite while dealing with my ex's attorney even when they tried to play dirty. She kept her cool and did what she does best! If you need an attorney to help you with your Divorce or Custody issues, she is the one to call!
I hired Ms. Gragg after dismissing my previous attorney for misrepresentation and failure to keep me informed with my case in March 2016, and paid services upon agreement. Ms Gragg started off carrying and concerned for my needs. She was able to pick up well where the previous attorney left off and was able to keep us from having to go to trial. Both parties were ready to settle in April 2016. but neither myself or teh respondents attorney were able to get in contact with Ms Gragg. I finally made contact with Ms. Gragg the weekend before our next court date in July 2016 in which she informed me she was out of town on vacation. She failed to show up to court that following Monday, although we did have a scheduled meeting at the defendants attorneys office, however the respondents attorney did show up to court. Both parties agreed to terms and Ms Gragg was suppose to have the divorce decree draft to me Thursday that same week but failed to do so. After numerous calls, text, and emails I was finally able to get a copy of the decree 2 weeks later and one was finally sent to the respondents attorney in August. Additional literature was added to the decree that was not mentioned in our meeting, so it was not signed. Both myself and the tried contacting Ms Gragg and no returned calls to myself or the respondents attorney. Ms Gragg's phone often goes to a prerecorded message that stats she is not accepting calls at this time. She does not return calls as per her voicemail within 24 to 48 hours (when she does have a voicemail active), she does not return text messages (as she stated her preferred choice of communication), and she does not respond to emails. It is now October and we have court today, I am still not able to contact Ms Gragg. I am now faced with either having the respondents attorney draft the paperwork in which case I will have to pray Ms Gragg can show up to read it and make sure everything is correct to finalize the divorce, fire Ms Gragg and take the chances on my own that all the legal paperwork is worded correctly, or hire another attorney costing me further money.
Hired Mrs. Gragg March. Seemed capable and supportive, willing to get the job done. Paid services asap, submitted all documents she needed fast and quickly. Waited and inquired about paperwork regarding termination of parental rights to be filed and child support filed. She answered and stated all work had been submitted. I called late April nothing had been turned in, continued to call her. She stated they may have lost work she would turn it in again. Called again in May nothing was on file in Oklahoma. Called her continuously until she finally answered said she will submit again and send me copy. Court order was submitted that May when I repeatedly asked her, nothing to DHS still.... Paperwork pending still at court, cannot get a hold of her by phone or emails. Can't hire another lawyer or do anything. Upset single mother paid and saved money to hire her thinking she was proficient and seemed very caring. Nothing still no word no call back... Pending and upset... June 2016 ....
