Ms. Marrero’s civil litigation experience includes employment law (e.g., FLSA and Title VII), civil rights (e.g., excessive force, false arrest, malicious prosecution claims), contract law (unjust enrichment, breach of fiduciary duties, and breach of contract claims), and personal injury law (car accidents, slip and falls, battery, assault, and insurance claims), among other litigation experience.​In addition to this experience, Ms. Marrero prides herself in being an avid advocate for her clients. She is fully fluent in Spanish and is licensed to practice law in all state courts in Florida as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
