About
Brad Voss was born in the Salt Lake Valley and graduated from Hillcrest High School. He served in the United States Air Force and was awarded a bachelor’s in Middle East Studies from the University of Utah. After spending over a decade as a Licensed Massage Therapist, he returned to the U and earned a Juris Doctor from the S.J. Quinney School of Law.Brad was assigned as the executor and trustee when a friend died of malaria. That estate owned 6 residential properties in 6 different states, 2 international patents, and various other complexities with the beneficiaries living in Russia. He learned a lot about property law, estates, and trusts through that first hand experience. This experience contributed to the decision to enter law school.Brad and his wife experienced the loss of their first child when they were much younger, which intensified and emphasized in them their concern and care for their living children. Brad is motivated to resolve divorces quickly – particularly when children are involved. It is better for everyone if the parties can get through their divorce quickly and get back to doing what is most important in their lives. In his spare time, Brad enjoys riding his bicycle, woodworking, and playing games with his family.

Mr. Voss is by fair an amazing attorney. He takes the time to a actually hear your concerns without interrupting you, which is very uncommon in these kind of situations. He doesn’t take your money then tells you “ I can’t seem to help”. He is a legit human being and understands the difficulty of being a divorce parent. I would highly recommend Mr. Voss. He’s helped me through a couple of rough bumps in the road and I couldn’t be more happy with the results of his feedback and hard work. I can’t forget to add the most important part! He took a phone call on a personal day and that alone spoke the passion he has for his career. Very much appreciate Voss! You’ve changed my life in ways you can’t imagine and I thank you very much.
Went for a consultation, which was free and was supposed to be an hour- Brad sat with me for 2 1/2 hours and sympathized with me and connected with me. He treats people the way all people should treat eachother
Brad went well above and beyond the service he'd agreed to provide to be as thorough as possible in making sure my needs were met and that I understood important details. He is definitely not in this just for the money--he cares about providing an excellent service.
I’m going to start this off by saying that Brad lives up to any and ever 5 star rating. I went to Brad for a consultation and not only did he spend an unbelievable amount of his time with me, he made me feel as if we were a team and we were going to tackle any obstacle in our way. Brad is who I will retain when the time comes and I know I won’t regret it. Thank you Brad and I look forward to working with you soon.
Mr. Voss took time to answer all of my questions. He helped me by both providing his expertise and compassion, a combo you don't find often in the profession. I would recommend him and will return to him if services are again needed. Thank you!
Brad recently helped my family make a will and we found his services to be very beneficial. He listened carefully to what we wanted, asked good follow up questions, and thoroughly answered all of our own questions. He also brought to our attention several important items to include in our will that we had not thought of. He conducted extensive research on an issue unique to our family situation and advised us accordingly on the findings. He patiently explained the legalese of the will to us, was always available to answer our questions, and worked hard to meet our family's deadline. I am very pleased with the service Brad provided my family. He is very friendly, attentive, extremely knowledgeable, and will do all he can for you. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of legal services.
Mr. Voss was kind and sensitive with this troubling time. He fought hard for my rights and I always felt confident that he was prepared and ready for all that was asked for from judge and court.
During my divorce process, I felt worried and powerless to protect my teenage daughter from an inappropriate relationship with a potential predator. However, Brad Voss was able to put me at ease. He empowered me with knowledge of the law regarding young girls at risk for dating abuse and statutory rape. He gave me strategies for my communication and conduct. Gratefully, through his attorney services, my daughter was protected from several unfavorable outcomes. This attorney demonstrates that he knows family law.
I thought my divorce would go smooth but I was totally wrong. I have had to fight false accusation after accusation. If I didn’t have Brad in my corner I don’t know what I would have done. He is extremely organized and stayed on top of everything during the entire process. He has been a friend and a confidante during the whole process. He was aggressive and supportive the entire time. He works 24/7 and has been available anytime I needed him through text, email, and phone calls. I have recommended him to friends and family!! Brad has been worth every penny, I have gotten so much more than I paid for!
I just wanted to take a few moments to write about my continuing work Brad Voss. The work is continuing because I certainly plan to keep using him for any legal issues I have. I began working with Brad after my divorce finalized. While I'd been divorced for a couple of years, there were still many ongoing issues associated with a very generally written decree. I had questions regarding resolving lingering real estate in another state, a vehicle that remained jointly in my name, and other issues that I was concerned could impact my credit score and ability to care for my children. Brad provided clear advice backed by research, always going the extra mile to ensure the question was answered completely and in a manner that laid out understandable options. I wish I would have met Brad a couple of years ago. If Brad had written the original decree I am certain I never would have had to deal with these issues; as it is, I am grateful he was patient enough to try to clean up after the original attorney. I was used to being billed for every fraction of an hour spent on every small thing, even things you would think are a part of anyone's job (simple emails, short drives, etc). Brad has always been very generous when calculating the amount I owe him. I have never had a concern about being overcharged. Two recent things really stand out to me when I consider how he always goes above and beyond: excellently handling harassment by my ex and a criminal defense issue involving my son. As I sat in his office positively distraught over the behavior of my ex towards my oldest child and I, he calmly and compassionately ensured he had all of the details and assured me that he could craft a letter that would stop my ex from verbally assaulting me while ensuring he wasn't further provoked. It's a fine line to walk, but he did just that. I previewed the letter before he sent it and was reassured. I was envisioning returning to court repeatedly, having to deal with more harassment, and putting my children through further stress. None of that was necessary and the cool advice and boundaries Brad has continued to help me establish and enforce have been a real lifesaver. This is just the kind of help you can't expect from an impersonal lawyer you only hear from when the check is due. The criminal defense issue was for my son, who has emotional special needs. It was terribly stressful for him, and I was relieved when he told me he felt very comfortable and calm around Brad - strangers can be so difficult for him. Brad has an excellent rapport with children. That was so important. Again, he carefully gathered all of the details (even things I'd missed when I was speaking to my son about the incident), composed a letter that captured the many layers of issues involved in the case (his history, my desires, and details of the circumstances), and presented this to the probation officer. He helped me carefully review the options and ensure that the best resolution possible was reached with the court, sparing my son and I immense stress and a long process that wouldn't have been beneficial. I wasn't sure if I could even ask Brad to take on my son's case, but he assured me that such a defense of a child does fall under family law and I was glad to see that he was as adept at that defense as he was at the many other things I have asked of him. Brad has been amazing. He has helped improve my family's situation so much in just a few months. I wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone looking for an involved attorney who can make legal issues and options understandable and actionable. It really is life-changing. Thanks!

Thanks!
Thanks!

Thanks!
Thanks!
