Brad Pistotnik has been practicing law since 1981. He has many trials in his lifetime career, including extended trials up to nine weeks long. He’s litigated against insurance carriers, such as Allstate, nursing homes across the country, and motor carriers in Kansas and throughout the country. He has litigated against Tyson Foods, Archer Daniels Midland (ADM), Federal Express, UPS and other motor carriers.He focuses his practice in personal injury cases which result in severe and catastrophic injuries, death, paralysis, coma, amputation and other physical harm. He has represented clients in Illinois, New Mexico, Virginia, Missouri, Texas and other states.Brad is a member of the Board of Governors of the Kansas Association for Justice. Brad is a member of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers through the American Trial Lawyers Association, and is recognized by the American Society of Legal Advocates as a top 100 litigation lawyer. He has authored articles on the law in the area of tractor-trailer accidents and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations (FMCSR) of the Department of Transportation.
