Within seconds of meeting Brad Keating, I knew he had to be a family man, ( exactly what I was looking for.) As he calmly explained my options, I honestly felt he had compassion for us, and devoted to helping me. So glad I asked friends for referrals, and now I'm referring. Mr. Keating fought for me and it was over before they knew what had happened. I was compensated well. I was 100% satisfied that I had chosen a winner, a nice winner.
When I first met Mr. Keating, he heard my story and details and listened very intently. I like that he didn’t over-talk me. I signed because of his knowledge and confidence regarding personal injury. The process was not a quick one- but Mr. Keating was upfront about the time-table. In the end, I was very happy with my settlement. All Dr.’s bills paid, compensated for work-loss and money in my pocket.
Mr. Keating is a very professional and upfront individual. He helped me understand my situation and potential outcomes. He has a client-first attitude and helped manage my expectations during the case. In the future, if needed, I would recommend/hire him without hesitation. I am very happy with the outcome of my case.
Listened to concerns and gave honest info. Didn't promise millions of dollars- gave realistic figures. Actually got more than expected. Always returned phone calls and kept me in the loop.
I'm in the process with working with this firm for my case. Right now, due to the lack of communication and lack of, work or effort or what ever, I can't get anything done. As of right now I'm looking at losing my job due to all the missing time, trying to reach out to them, next to impossible without them sounding like I'm an inconvenience. The whole concept of communication needs to be better by a factor of a few thousand. I'm just waiting on final bills, and some financial forms. I'm struggling financially due to my injury and playing a one way phone tag and email tag isn't helping me. So far, the communication is the sole problem and I'm the one that has to reach out all the time, without them giving me updates unless I'm emailing them several times a day. Tried calling but they never answer, at all. Everything else that I can do on my end is done. The communication is the whole problem and I'm the one losing income with doctors visits, being unable to physically work and financially strapped. Frustrated is too light of a word to use but I am frustrated with this entire process so far. If I wasn't as invested in it as I am now I would've went somewhere else. . But right now I'm in too deep. How am I supposed to get anything done or get any information or get the financial help I need when they won't do their part?????
Mr. Keating is a very straightforward man. Set up realistic expectations. Very confident personality. After the initial Consultation I didn't see him again, and he didn't return phone calls. However, his office did keep me updated throughout the ordeal and I did walk away with more money than he did through the settlement. So take that how you will.
My overall experience is that he is definitely the typical leech lawyer. Someone that is not interested in going the extra mile to prove his legal abilities, but setting up deals with chiro-QUACK-tors and receptionists that do all of the work for him. Until it's time to cut the check, that is... then, he's first in line.
