Would never recommend. Told us we had a good case. Never heard from him then time to go to court. Did not defend us. Asked no questions of the other person no cross exams. We would have done better on our own he was not prepared didn’t access any documents that would have helped. We figured he knew what he was doing, we were wrong. Ended up costing a lot of money for horrible outcome. Don’t know how he can look himself in the mirror.

Bradley Hibberd handled my divorce. He was difficult to contact, infrequently returns calls, and had to be asked to give me any copies of things he filed with the court on my behalf. He ex-husband has not, yet, followed through on the final orders. Brad told me that he was having him served the required paper in the required time. I asked him point blank about doing so the day before the last day he had to do so. He assured me that it was taken care of. Seven days before the Contempt of Court hearing, I got a notice from Brad that he was withdrawing from the case. When I asked him why, he told me it was not my business but then said that the office was closing. It wasn't closing. Two weeks later, he moved his office to a building just two blocks away. He, also, told me that he had not served my ex the papers so I had to go to court and ask for an extension.

Gets you built up on unrealistic outcomes of your case. I had to surprise visit him just to get information about my case because he never returned my calls or emails. Don't hire him. You'll regret your outcome. I'm glad I fired him before my case was finalized. Brad was full of empty promises.
