He also advises and represents employers regarding occupational safety and health. He has earned recognition in Best Lawyers in America and by Virginia Living magazine as one of the best attorneys in the Commonwealth. Brad received his undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech, graduating magna cum laude. He earned his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, and joined Woods Rogers immediately after graduating in 1984.
